Welcome to Ashonix (the “Institute”). By accessing our website ashonix.com or enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payments or using our services.
1. Services Offered
Ashonix provides online English language training, including ESL (English as a Second Language) and IELTS preparation courses, delivered through live classes and interactive learning sessions.
2. Enrollment & Access
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment of course fees.
- Once enrolled, students will receive class schedules and access details by email.
- Access to learning materials is strictly for personal use and may not be shared or redistributed.
3. Payment Policy
At Ashonix, we strive to make the payment process transparent and secure.
1. Payment Methods
- Payments can be made securely via Razorpay using debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and international cards.
- Course fees may be paid in INR or USD, as displayed on the course page.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made at the time of enrollment.
- Partial payments or installments are not accepted unless explicitly mentioned in the course plan.
- Fees are non-transferable between courses or students.
3. Invoices
- A digital invoice is automatically generated upon successful payment.
- Students are encouraged to keep a copy of the invoice for reference.
4. Non-Payment
- Failure to complete payment will result in non-enrollment.
- Access to classes or learning materials will only be granted after full payment.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ashonix, we value our students’ commitment and time. To maintain clarity and fairness, the following refund and cancellation rules apply:
1. Student Cancellations
- Refunds are eligible only if requested before the start date of the course.
- Once classes have commenced, fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Missed classes due to a student’s absence are not refundable.
- Requests for cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@ashonix.com.
2. Institute Cancellations
- If Ashonix cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund.
- In case of rescheduling, students may choose between attending the new schedule or requesting a refund.
3. Missed Classes
- Students who miss a class due to personal reasons will not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling may be offered at Ashonix’s discretion, subject to availability.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Any transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.
5. Student Responsibilities
- Students must ensure reliable internet access for online classes.
- Respectful communication with instructors and fellow learners is expected.
- Learning materials provided are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or redistributed.
- Any misuse of course content or disruption in class may result in suspension of services without refund.
6. Institute Rights
- Ashonix may modify course content, schedules, or instructors with prior notice.
- We reserve the right to deny enrollment or discontinue services in case of policy violations.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in [Ludhiana, India].
