These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ashonix website, services, courses, memberships, and learning resources available through https://ashonix.com.

By accessing the Ashonix website or purchasing or using any Ashonix service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase Ashonix services.

1. Services Offered

Ashonix is an online English language training institute providing educational services and learning resources, including:

• General English / ESL training

• IELTS preparation

• One-on-one live English lessons

• Membership-based learning plans

• Flexible private lessons

• Self-paced or digital learning products, where offered

• Other English-language training programmes and resources that may be introduced in the future

Services may be delivered through online communication and learning platforms, including Microsoft Teams or other platforms selected by Ashonix.

Ashonix may introduce, modify, discontinue, or update courses, programmes, learning resources, or delivery methods from time to time.

2. Membership Plans

Ashonix may offer recurring monthly membership plans that provide members with a specified number of live one-on-one lessons and/or other benefits described on the applicable membership or checkout page.

The specific number of lessons, lesson duration, price, included benefits, and other conditions applicable to a membership will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

2.1 Monthly Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis according to the billing schedule presented at checkout.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Ashonix or its payment provider to charge the applicable membership fee for each renewal period until the membership is cancelled or otherwise terminated.

2.2 Membership Access

Membership provides access to the services and benefits included in the selected membership plan. Membership does not provide unlimited access to Ashonix services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Lessons must be booked from the available Ashonix teaching schedule.

Membership does not guarantee a particular day, time, or recurring teaching slot unless that schedule has been expressly confirmed by Ashonix.

2.3 Lesson Allowance

The lessons included in a membership apply to the applicable billing period.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular membership plan:

• Lessons are intended to be used during the applicable billing cycle.

• Unused lessons do not accumulate indefinitely.

• Unused lessons do not have a cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.

• Any permitted carry-forward of unused lessons will be subject to the membership rules stated at the time of purchase.

Ashonix may establish reasonable limits on lesson carry-forward to maintain availability and scheduling fairness for all students.

3. Membership Pause

Members may request to temporarily pause their membership when they are unable to continue lessons due to travel, personal commitments, or other circumstances.

3.1 Pause Requests

Pause requests should be submitted to Ashonix at info@ashonix.com before the next billing date whenever reasonably possible.

During an approved pause:

• Membership billing will be suspended according to the applicable pause terms.

• New lessons cannot be booked under the paused membership.

• Membership benefits and access may be temporarily suspended.

• The membership may be reactivated when the student is ready to resume.

Ashonix may establish reasonable limits on the duration or frequency of membership pauses.

A pause does not automatically convert unused lessons from previous billing periods into an indefinite lesson balance.

4. Flexible Private Lessons

Ashonix may offer individual private lessons for students who do not wish to enroll in a recurring membership.

Flexible lessons:

• Are purchased individually or in another clearly stated format.

• Must be booked according to available Ashonix teaching slots.

• Are subject to the applicable cancellation and rescheduling policy.

• Do not automatically provide membership benefits unless expressly stated.

Students who regularly require multiple lessons may be encouraged to consider a membership plan where it provides better value or scheduling continuity.

5. Enrollment, Payment & Access

Enrollment or purchase is confirmed only after successful payment, unless Ashonix expressly confirms otherwise.

Payments may be processed through available payment providers, including Razorpay or other payment providers selected by Ashonix.

Prices may be displayed in USD, INR, or another currency depending on the applicable offering and checkout configuration.

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be added to the displayed price or reflected at checkout.

Invoices or payment confirmations may be provided electronically.

Fees, memberships, lesson credits, and course access are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred to another individual without written approval from Ashonix.

6. Cancellation of Membership

Members may cancel their membership by contacting info@ashonix.com or by using an available cancellation method provided by Ashonix.

Cancellation will prevent future membership renewals.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase:

• Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for a billing period that has already been paid.

• The member may continue to use eligible membership services during the remainder of the already-paid billing period, subject to availability and the applicable membership rules.

• Cancellation does not create a cash value for unused lessons.

A cancellation request received after a renewal has already been processed will generally apply to the next billing cycle rather than reversing the completed renewal.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased.

7.1 Memberships

Membership payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Ashonix expressly agrees otherwise.

Cancelling a membership prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

7.2 Flexible Lessons and Other Courses

Refund terms applicable to individual courses, lesson packages, digital products, or other services will be stated on the applicable product or checkout page where different from these general Terms.

7.3 Ashonix Cancellation

If Ashonix is unable to provide a paid lesson or service and cannot reasonably reschedule it, Ashonix may provide an appropriate alternative, lesson credit, rescheduled session, or refund, as applicable.

Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider and banking system.

Payment gateway or transaction charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

8. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling of Lessons

Students are responsible for attending lessons at their scheduled time.

Where a student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, reasonable advance notice should be provided according to the cancellation policy communicated by Ashonix.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled or have the applicable lesson credit restored.

• Late cancellations may result in the lesson being treated as used.

• A student who does not attend a scheduled lesson without notice may be considered a no-show, and the lesson may be treated as used.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking.

If Ashonix needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled or the applicable lesson credit will be restored.

9. Availability & Scheduling

Ashonix is operated by an individual instructor, and teaching availability may vary.

Available lesson times may change due to teaching commitments, holidays, professional commitments, or other circumstances.

Membership does not guarantee unlimited availability or a particular teaching time.

Students are responsible for booking lessons within the available Ashonix schedule.

Ashonix will make reasonable efforts to maintain published availability but does not guarantee that every preferred date or time will always be available.

10. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Provide accurate information during enrollment and payment.

• Maintain a stable internet connection and suitable device for online lessons.

• Attend lessons on time.

• Participate respectfully and appropriately.

• Complete reasonable learning activities and practice where applicable.

• Communicate scheduling issues in a timely manner.

• Use Ashonix materials only for personal educational purposes.

• Not share membership access, lesson links, accounts, or paid learning resources with others.

Students are responsible for their own internet connection, device, software, and other equipment required to participate in online lessons.

11. Learning Outcomes

Ashonix provides educational instruction, guidance, feedback, practice, and learning resources.

Individual learning outcomes depend on factors including participation, attendance, effort, prior knowledge, practice, and individual circumstances.

Ashonix does not guarantee:

• A specific level of English fluency

• A specific IELTS band score

• A particular examination result

• Admission to an educational institution

• Employment, immigration, visa, or other professional outcome

12. Intellectual Property

All Ashonix content and materials, including but not limited to:

• Lesson materials

• Worksheets

• PDFs

• Videos

• Audio resources

• Exercises

• Course content

• Website content

• Branding

• Logos

• Graphics

• Learning resources

• Self-paced course materials

are owned by or licensed to Ashonix unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for the student's personal educational use only.

Students may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy or reproduce Ashonix materials for commercial purposes

• Sell or resell materials

• Rent, sublicense, or distribute materials

• Upload materials to public or private platforms

• Share paid course or membership resources with other individuals

• Use Ashonix content to create competing commercial products or services

13. Account & Membership Sharing

Memberships, paid courses, and other purchased services are intended for the individual purchaser unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Students must not share their account, membership access, lesson links, paid course access, or other restricted resources with another person.

Ashonix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, misuse, fraud, or other material violation of these Terms.

14. User Content, Reviews & Feedback

Students may voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, comments, feedback, photographs, videos, or other content to Ashonix.

By submitting content for publication or promotional use, the student confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content.

Where Ashonix intends to use a student's identifiable testimonial, photograph, video, or other personal content for marketing purposes, appropriate permission or consent will be obtained where required.

Ashonix may moderate or remove user-submitted content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

15. Online Platforms & Third-Party Services

Ashonix may use third-party services and platforms to provide or support its services, including payment processors, video-conferencing platforms, scheduling tools, email services, learning platforms, analytics services, and other technology providers.

Use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Ashonix is not responsible for interruptions, outages, or technical issues caused solely by third-party platforms or services.

16. Cookies & Website Usage

Ashonix may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, security, analytics, performance, and marketing.

Some cookies may be essential for website functionality, while others may be used for analytics or other purposes.

Where access is terminated because of a student's serious violation of these Terms, the student may not be entitled to a refund for unused services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ashonix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of its website, learning services, or third-party platforms.

Ashonix does not guarantee that the website, online lessons, or digital services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Changes to Services and Terms

Ashonix may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue services, courses, membership plans, pricing, schedules, learning materials, or website features from time to time.

Ashonix may also update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

Material changes affecting existing memberships or recurring charges will be communicated where reasonably required, and changes will apply in accordance with applicable law.

The latest version of these Terms will be published on the Ashonix website.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any applicable consumer protection rights and other mandatory legal requirements, disputes relating to Ashonix services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
